One of her particular passions is onboarding new recruits, where she ensures that employees feel welcomed, valued, and supported from their very first day. Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family and their dog, Hugo. Whether it’s a walk in the woods or a trip to the beach, as long as there’s chocolate cake involved, she’s happy! When she’s not out exploring or renovating her home, she indulges her lifelong love of horse riding.
