With significant experience managing mergers, acquisitions, TUPE transfers, and organisational restructures, Melanie is well-versed in navigating complex employee relations and legal processes. Outside of her professional life, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her two teenage sons. An avid horse rider and runner, she is passionate about health and wellbeing and is also a keen follower of sports, with a particular love for Formula 1, athletics, and tennis.
