Her career is defined by a hands-on approach to creating and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes that support the entire employee lifecycle, while helping senior leaders unlock the full potential of their teams and align talent with business goals.
With significant experience managing mergers, acquisitions, TUPE transfers, and organisational restructures, Melanie is well-versed in navigating complex employee relations and legal processes. What sets her apart is her commitment to balancing procedural rigour with a human-centred approach, ensuring that people remain at the heart of every decision.
Outside of her professional life, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her two teenage sons. An avid horse rider and runner, she is passionate about health and wellbeing and is also a keen follower of sports, with a particular love for Formula 1, athletics, and tennis.
