She has successfully led large-scale projects including redundancy, relocation, and recruitment, alongside managing complex employee relations matters. Outside of her professional life, Lucy’s world revolves around her family. She loves spending time with her two children, enjoying activities from crafting and country walks to dance-offs and cosy movie nights. Her one-year-old Cockapoo, Rosie, is also a constant companion, ever ready to join in the fun. A fan of Meat Loaf, Queen, and Billy Joel, Lucy also has a passion for swimming, having once been a synchronised swimmer.
In her community, Lucy is an active contributor, serving on the PTA at her children’s school where she has held roles as Treasurer and Deputy Chair. She is dedicated to improving the school environment through her time and ideas. Additionally, as a Dementia Friend and a member of a local Dementia Friendly Communities action group, Lucy is committed to making her community a more supportive and understanding place for those living with dementia.
