With a wealth of business acumen and executive-level experience, Lubna has a deep understanding of employment law and works effectively across the public, private, and third sectors.

Recognised as a pragmatic problem solver, Lubna is known for building strong, trusted relationships with her clients. She consistently strives to deliver outstanding value, ensuring successful outcomes that drive business success.

Lubna has recently led several high-impact projects, including complex and sensitive workplace investigations, industrial relations management, culture and HR audits, organisational restructuring and redesign, job evaluation and pay frameworks, workforce planning, and independent appeal hearings and organisational reviews.

Formerly Group Director of People before transitioning into consultancy, Lubna brings a strong belief that effective people and organisational development strategies are crucial to business success.

She holds a Postgraduate qualification in Strategic HR Management and a Diploma in Employment Law, in addition to being CIPD Level 7 certified. Lubna also maintains a diverse portfolio of roles within her professional practice.
