Having managed HR functions in multiple roles, she has proven her capability in both advisory and operational HR responsibilities, supporting directors, managers, and employees alike.

Her experience includes advising on employment law, conducting disciplinary hearings, and implementing key HR policies. Notably, Davina has overseen several redundancy programmes, achieving successful outcomes without any tribunal claims. She is equally passionate about employee development, with a focus on recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as TS16949 and ISO14001.
