Lucy is a highly experienced, CIPD-qualified HR professional with over 22 years of expertise spanning all areas of human resources. Since earning her Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management in 2002, she has honed her skills in recruitment, training, talent management, and, most notably, Employee Relations. Lucy has an impressive track record of managing a wide array of complex ER matters with a calm, solution-focused approach.

Her career has seen her work across diverse industries, including engineering, manufacturing, technology, accounting, IT, retail, leisure, and tourism, with a particular passion for supporting SMEs. Drawing on her experience of running her own business, Lucy combines commercial awareness with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset, helping organisations align their people strategies with their overarching business goals.

Outside of work, Lucy leads a busy family life with her husband, two children, and two stepchildren. She enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time outdoors, embracing opportunities to recharge and stay connected with nature.
